Moxie Hair Salon is committed to providing a predictable livelihood for our stylists. We have created guidelines to ensure that we meet that commitment.
ARRIVING
Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. In fact, arrive a little early and let the salon staff help you enjoy the experience. If you are late for your appointment we will try to make it work for you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
CANCELING
If you must cancel your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
FIRST TIME CHEMICAL SERVICE APPOINTMENT
All first time chemical service appointments (foils, perm, etc.) you will be required to pre-pay a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment.If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
If you miss your appointment (no-show), you will be required to pre-pay a $50 deposit in order to reserve a future appointment. The no-show policy is in place to provide a predictable livelihood for our stylists.
YOUR APPOINTMENT
Each appointment begins with a consultation. Our trained staff will talk with you to learn what you are looking for from your experience. We listen to your needs and create the service to fit who you are, making your experience positive.
After your service, we recommend booking your next appointment so you can receive the date and time most convenient to you and the stylist of your choice.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Moxie Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for personal items left behind after a visit to the salon.

Moxie guarantees services within 7 days of the original appointment, only with the original stylist.
