Moxie Hair Salon is committed to providing a predictable livelihood for our stylists. We have created guidelines to ensure that we meet that commitment.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE
A credit card on file will be required for all first time clients and online bookings.
We will never charge this card without your permission, unless you do not follow our cancellation
CANCELATION REQUIREMENTS
Since most of our staff are commission employees, this means they get paid portion of the services they do, it is important that we have some kind of cancelation requirements for out guests. The dollar amount collected help pay the stylist for the time that was lost in a cancelation. Here are our requirements.
More than 24 hours’ notice, ( You will not be charged. )
Less than 24 hours’ notice: You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost.
No notice prior to missing your appointment: You will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost.
ARRIVING
Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. In fact, arrive a little early and let the salon staff help you enjoy the experience. If you are late for your appointment we will try to make it work for you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled or modified.
YOUR APPOINTMENT
Each appointment begins with a consultation. Our trained staff will talk with you to learn what you are looking for from your experience. We listen to your needs and create the service to fit who you are, making your experience positive. All stylists will give a price quote during the consultation so you know what the cost will be. The color or chemical cost quote is an estimate and may vary based on the amount of product needed during your service.
AFTER YOUR SERVICE
We recommend booking your next appointment so you can receive the date and time most convenient to you and the stylist of your choice.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Moxie Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for personal items left behind after a visit to the salon.

CREDIT CARDS
To offset credit card processing fees, a 3% card processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
There will not be any fee added to cash or debit card payments.
RETURNS
All sales are FINAL. No cash or credit card refunds. No in-store credit.
GUARANTEES
Moxie guarantees services within 7 days of the original appointment, only with the original stylist.
*Corrective colors cannot be guaranteed. All new chemical guests must fill out a Chemical release form.
