Matty (Execuctive Stylist)

Matty has been in the business for six years.  He feels the industry is innovative and hands-on.  It is great making people look and feel amazing.  He loves using his creativity to give a person an amazing look!  Industry trends and techniques are always changing which keeps him on his toes.  He enjoys coloring, cutting and loves extensions.  Through extensions a subtle or huge change can be achieved.  He believes in treating others with respect and the way you would like to be treated. 

Leah (Execuctive Stylist)

Ever since Leah was a little girl she was always cutting and styling her barbies.  As the opportunity to become a hair model later on in her life came about, she fell in love with doing hair.  Her best decision in life was to enroll in the Aveda institute.  Being in the business for nine years now, Leah truly lives and loves her job.  She gets to meet different people everyday and bring joy into their lives by making them feel great.  She believes she has the best job in the world.  She loves color and curly hair.  Having curly hair herself she understands the way it behaves and how it should be treated.  She enjoys how you can change a person�s look by just adding some color.  She has had ongoing education in color and curly hair and knows what to do with all types of clients.  She believes you either need to "go big or go home".  Don't be scared to try something new!

Brentt (Execuctive Stylist)

Brentt was driven to become a hairstylist by the lack of personal expression and creative freedom in past jobs.  He completely loves changing a person’s appearance and attitude in a few short hours.  The social aspect of getting to know a person and their wants keeps him motivated.  He has been in the business for five years.  Educating himself and adapting his style to the changing industry has been exciting and challenging.  He loves short cuts, curly hair, and block color.  He is most satisfied helping people with unruly hair learn how to love their style and enjoys helping people discover their inner sass!  He is part of the artistic team here at Moxie and a Paul Mitchell Educator.  He believes in don’t just do what you love, put love into everything you do.

Gina  (Execuctive Stylist)

Gina loves doing hair color.  She can create many looks from natural to dramatic.  Being in the industry for eight years now has given her the opportunity to challenge herself and grow to be successful in many areas.  She always has had a passion for fashion; inspired by the latest trends she creates her looks to help each client.  She strives to understand her clientele, teaching them how to keep up their hair and feel great.  She believes respect is the highest form of flattery and respects each of her clients. 

Sarah H.  (Master Stylist)

Sarah’s desire is to help people see their own beauty.  She has been in the industry for seven years.  She finds the artistry and the ever changing industry exciting.  She is passionate about hair styling and working with her amazing clients.  She loves many areas of the industry, but feels especially drawn to perms, relaxers, color and formal upstyles.  She likes to be consistently challenged.  Her personal mission is to be a day maker; everywhere, for everyone!

Kristen  (Rising Star Stylist)

Kristen has been in the business for four years now.  She loves to style hair, the challange of creating new looks with color and shape, and working with her hands.  She finds passion in how a good haircut can change a person's day for the better.  Her area of expertise is cutting thick hair, fine hair and dimentional color.  Her personal philosophy is service.  She believes in serving others and in turn making her life more positive. 

Betsy  (Rising Star Stylist)

Betsy has been in the business for two years.  She loves the hair industry.  Doing hair is something that always has come natural for her and enjoyable.  Betsy loves finding each client their own look.  Getting your hair done makes you feel good inside and out.  She wants each one of her clients to feel this way.  Her area of expertise is curly hair and women’s medium length cuts.  She has naturally curly hair and this helps her give extra insight into the way curly hair works.  Her personal philosophy is do what makes you happy.  She is certainly doing what she loves.

Lauren  (Rising Star Stylist)

Lauren has been in the business for a little over a year and she is excited about everything in the hair industry.  She cannot seem to get enough of it!  She has always seen hair styling in an artistic light and wants to share her views with everyone.  Lauren is fascinated by styling, cutting and coloring.  She is very passionate about shaping and cutting hair.  There are so many options through cutting:  a simple trim, a major change, or something in between.  Her personal philosophy is nothing is predestined; you make everything you do into something amazing, as long as you put the effort and time into it. 

Desiray (Salon Manager) 

Desiray has grown up in the industry and has been inspired by the creativity and education Paul Mitchell Systems provides.  She is proud to be working with a team that is committed to excellence and works together.  Desiray enjoys all aspects of hair design and is devoted to making sure each and every guest has a relaxing experience.  As the assistant manager of Moxie she wants every guest leaving feeling confident and educated with their style.
